DEPARTMENT: Clinical Services
SUPERVISORY DUTIES: NoneOVERVIEW: This position involves conducting forensic interviews with children and teens at a child advocacy center.
JOB TYPE: Part- or full-time available
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conducts developmentally-sensitive and forensically-sound interviews for concerns of abuse and/or neglect in accordance with the Oregon Interviewing Guidelines.
Works closely with our medical provider to develop a medical diagnosis of (potential) child abuse.
Testifies in court when necessary.
Completes all required documentation, reports, and summaries promptly; and according to legal and professional standards.
Maintains confidentiality following HIPAA and other legal requirements.
Receives continuing education related to child abuse issues and interviewing techniques including specific training as requested.
Attends and participates in multidisciplinary team meetings.
Attends and participates in regional peer review.
Provides training and presentation on child abuse as requested.
Other duties, as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Prior experience as a forensic interviewer at a child advocacy center in Oregon.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field with at least 4 years of experience working with children OR Master’s degree in a related field with at least 2 years of experience working with children
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Fluent in English; writing, reading, and speaking required.
Tactful and diplomatic interpersonal skills.
Ability to read, analyze, interpret, and write reports and correspondence.
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small-group situations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and database management.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Juliette’s House Child Abuse Intervention Center is a place of hope and healing for children and families impacted by abuse. We’re seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Resource Development Manager to help us expand our reach, strengthen community partnerships, and grow the resources that power our life-changing work.About the Role
As our Resource Development Manager, you’ll work closely with the Chief Development Officer to build and nurture the relationships that sustain our mission. You’ll connect with donors, community partners, and local organizations to generate support, tell our story, and inspire others to join us in keeping children safe.
Your days will be a mix of creativity, collaboration, and strategy—whether you’re crafting heartfelt donor communications, managing data to track impact, or representing Juliette’s House at community events.
What You’ll Do
Fundraising & Donor Support
Build authentic relationships with individual donors and community supporters.
Create personalized thank-yous, updates, and recognition plans to show impact.
Help identify and cultivate new donors, including major and planned gift prospects.
Manage recurring giving, sponsorships, and fundraising campaigns.
Community Engagement
Connect with schools, businesses, faith groups, and civic organizations to grow awareness and engagement.
Coordinate community drives, outreach events, and awareness campaigns.
Represent Juliette’s House at events and speaking opportunities.
Campaigns & Events
Collaborate on fundraising events that inspire giving and build visibility.
Support logistics, donor engagement, and follow-up for both virtual and in-person gatherings.
Data & Reporting
Maintain accurate donor data and generate reports using Bloomerang.
Use data insights to strengthen fundraising and stewardship efforts.
What We’re Looking For
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Nonprofit Management, Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
2–4 years of experience in fundraising, donor relations, or community engagement.
Experience using donor databases (Bloomerang preferred) and CRM tools.
Skills & Attributes
A natural relationship-builder who enjoys connecting with people.
Excellent storyteller and communicator—both in writing and speaking.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
Strategic thinker with a collaborative, can-do approach.

Juliette’s House Child Abuse Intervention Center is urgently seeking a dedicated Licensed Mental Health Therapist (QMHP) to join our Trauma Recovery Services team. As demand for trauma-focused care continues to rise, children and families in our community are waiting for the vital support only a qualified clinician can provide. We need the right person now—someone who is compassionate, skilled, and ready to make an immediate impact.
This role offers the profound opportunity to support healing at a critical moment in a child’s life, working within a deeply collaborative, trauma-informed environment. As part of the Yamhill County Multidisciplinary Child Abuse Team, you will work alongside forensic interviewers, medical providers, detectives, advocates, and child welfare partners to provide coordinated, high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities
Provide trauma-informed assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for children, adolescents, and caregivers.
Deliver in-person individual, family, and group therapy.
Support caregivers with psychoeducation, emotional regulation, and attachment-focused interventions.
Maintain treatment plans and progress notes in accordance with OHA Behavioral Health standards (OAR 309-019) and COA/agency requirements.
Participate in multidisciplinary team (MDT) case reviews and consultations.
Coordinate care with internal programs and community partners (schools, medical providers, agencies, etc.).
Provide crisis support and stabilization as needed.
Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EHR.
Contribute to program evaluation, data collection, and quality improvement efforts.
Participate in clinical supervision, peer consultation, and ongoing professional development.
Uphold all agency policies, including confidentiality, HIPAA compliance, and mandated reporting (ORS 419B).
Required Qualifications
Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field.
Meets OHA criteria for a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP).
Oregon licensure or active registration as LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist.
Commitment to trauma-informed, culturally responsive care.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; collaborative team approach.
Ability to pass criminal background, DHS registry, and sex offender registry checks.
Preferred Qualifications
Two years of clinical experience providing therapy to children and families impacted by trauma, abuse, or grief.
Training/certification in evidence-based trauma modalities (e.g., TF-CBT, CPP, EMDR, AF-CBT, PCIT, CFTSI).
Experience in trauma treatment, behavioral health, or Child Advocacy Center settings.
Bilingual English/Spanish.
Familiarity with OHA documentation and billing practices.
