    To build the heart of our fundraising event by curating a strong, exciting catalog of auction items that inspire giving and celebrate the generosity of our community.

    Committee members use their creativity, community connections, and enthusiasm to help secure a broad range of donated items, such as:

    Experiences: Event tickets, behind-the-scenes tours, dining packages, private tastings, or weekend getaways

    Goods & Services: Artwork, jewelry, spa or wellness services, home décor, or specialty items from local businesses

    Community Baskets: Pre-made themed baskets contributed by families, clubs, churches, or civic groups

    Impact:

    This committee ensures that Celebrate the Children features a vibrant, diverse auction lineup—one that excites bidders, uplifts local businesses, and fuels critical funding for child abuse intervention, prevention, and healing.

  • Auction Logistics Committee

    Purpose:

    To bring the event to life through thoughtful planning, seamless coordination, and hands-on support that ensures every guest feels welcomed and every detail shines.

    What They Do:

    Committee members help plan, coordinate, and execute the operational heartbeat of Celebrate the Children, including:

    Design & Decor: Creating a warm and inspiring event atmosphere

    Set-Up & Tear-Down: Organizing auction displays, staging materials, and restoring the space post-event

    Transportation: Managing the movement of auction items, supplies, and materials between sites

    Food & Beverage Support: Assisting with serving, guest flow, or hospitality stations

  • Marketing & Promotion Committee

    Purpose:

    To help amplify Juliette’s House’s voice throughout National Child Abuse Prevention Month and build momentum leading into Celebrate the Children.

    What They Do:

    Committee members assist with getting the word out through a variety of outreach and communication tasks, such as:

    Promotional Support: Helping distribute, pick up, or coordinate display of posters, signage, banners, and awareness materials

    Ticket Sales Outreach: Sharing event information with networks, partners, and the community

    Media & Communications: Boosting social media efforts, supporting press outreach, and driving public engagement in our mission

    Impact:

    This committee helps ensure that more people learn, participate, and take action—growing awareness around child abuse prevention and inspiring broader community support for Juliette’s House.

  • Prevention Month Engagement Committee

    Purpose:

    To plan and support outreach activities throughout the month of April, expanding community engagement and reinforcing our core message: every child deserves to be safe, supported, and believed.

    What They Do:

    Organize or assist with awareness events, pinwheel gardens, school or business displays, and community partnerships

    Coordinate educational outreach, tabling opportunities, or prevention materials distribution

    Support collaborations with local agencies, first responders, businesses, and civic groups

    This team keeps prevention at the forefront, helping more people understand the role they can play in protecting children and strengthening families.
